SECTION 1Introduction

Iziby, operated by Eximso International Pvt Ltd, helps customers purchase products from India and arrange international delivery.

Customers can use Iziby in two ways:

  • Shop Yourself: Purchase products from Indian websites and use the Iziby India address for forwarding.
  • Let Iziby Shop For You: Share a product link, image, or product details and Iziby will purchase the product on the customer's behalf, where available.

This Shipping Policy explains our shipping process, delivery estimates, charges, customs responsibilities, and delivery conditions.

SECTION 2Shipping Destinations

Iziby ships to selected countries worldwide, subject to:

  • Destination-country regulations.
  • Product eligibility.
  • Availability of shipping services.
  • Customs restrictions.
  • Shipping partner coverage.
  • The size, weight, and nature of the shipment.

Shipping availability will be confirmed before the order is processed. Iziby does not guarantee delivery to every country, territory, postcode, or remote location.

SECTION 3Shipping Process

Step 1: Product Purchase or Receipt

For the "Let Iziby Shop For You" service, Iziby purchases the product from the Indian seller after receiving the customer's confirmation and payment, where applicable. For the "Shop Yourself" service, the customer sends the purchased product to the Iziby India address.

Step 2: Product Verification

After receiving the product, Iziby may check:

  • Product quantity.
  • Outer packaging.
  • Visible damage.
  • Product description.
  • Shipment weight and dimensions.
  • Whether the product is eligible for international shipping.

Iziby may contact the customer if there is a difference between the order details and the received product.

Step 3: Consolidation and Packaging

Where requested and feasible, multiple products may be consolidated into one shipment. Iziby may:

  • Combine eligible packages.
  • Repack products for international transportation.
  • Remove unnecessary outer packaging.
  • Use protective packaging.
  • Separate products that cannot be shipped together.

Additional packaging, handling, or consolidation charges may apply if disclosed in the quotation.

Step 4: International Dispatch

After payment confirmation, document preparation, packaging, and shipping arrangements, the shipment will be handed over to the selected shipping partner. Tracking details will be shared with the customer when available.

SECTION 4Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on factors including:

  • Destination country and postcode.
  • Actual weight.
  • Volumetric weight.
  • Package dimensions.
  • Product category.

  • Public holidays.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Transport disruptions.
